Nitaichandra Nimai Das is a youth mentor, spiritual educator, and dynamic speaker dedicated to empowering the next generation through timeless wisdom, conscious leadership, and character-driven living.

His journey began in 2008 during his student years in Patna, when he encountered devotees of ISKCON joyfully chanting the Hare Krishna Mahamantra. Deeply moved by their authenticity, joy, and spiritual conviction, he developed a profound interest in the science of self-development and devotion.

While pursuing engineering at NIT Durgapur, he came in touch with the teachings of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada through his books — an encounter that transformed his outlook on life and inspired him to dedicate himself to youth upliftment and spiritual outreach.

In 2011, he accepted the shelter of His Holiness Jayapataka Swami Maharaja, and in 2013, on the sacred occasion of Sri Radhastami, he received Harinam initiation. Since then, he has actively served in various leadership and outreach roles within ISKCON, focusing especially on mentoring students and young professionals.

Over the years, Nitaichandra Nimai Das has led and contributed to impactful youth initiatives across Kolkata, Mayapur, Durgapur, Barddhaman, Silchar, Agartala, Shillong, and Kalyani. He has been instrumental in establishing and strengthening youth communities and outreach platforms in premier institutions including NIT Durgapur, IISER, IIIT Kalyani, KGEC, JNM Medical College, BCREC, and BCET.

Known for his relatable communication style and practical spiritual insights, he regularly addresses students and youth audiences on topics such as:
